How do I book?

Search for a destination and dates, choose a room and rate, enter your details and pay. You receive a confirmation with your booking reference.

When is my room held?

Your room is held for a short time while you pay. If payment is not completed in time the hold is released.

Can I change my dates?

Yes, if your booking allows it. Open the booking and choose Change dates to see the new price before you confirm.

How do I cancel and get a refund?

Open the booking and choose Cancel booking. The fee and refund are shown first. Refunds go back to the original payment.

What does "Sponsored" mean?

A hotel paid for extra visibility. Sponsored listings are always labelled and are separate from the normal results.
